Building Bridges, Telling Stories, Leading Change
“I see stories in systems and systems in stories.”
For over 20 years, I’ve been translating between worlds that don’t always speak the same language—technical teams and creative minds, leadership vision and employee reality, diversity goals and authentic inclusion.
My journey started with a Commodore 64 and a curiosity about what technology could become. Today, as an engineering leader, certified graphic designer, and published writer, I’ve learned that the most powerful innovations happen at the intersections—where logic meets creativity, where strategy meets empathy, where systems reveal the human stories they’re meant to serve.
I don’t just document workflows; I narrativize transformation. I don’t just manage teams; I build bridges between different ways of thinking. Whether I’m speaking at conferences, mentoring emerging leaders, or helping organizations see their tech culture as a storytelling canvas, I’m always asking: What story is this system telling, and how can we make it better?

Based in Detroit, I understand what it means to rebuild, reinvent, and rise. I serve on the operations board of a local tech bootcamp and am active in the Detroit Black Tech Community—because transformation isn’t just personal, it’s communal.
Today, I help tech leaders and organizations:
- Narrate their transformation stories through strategic writing and consulting
- Build inclusive teams that leverage diverse perspectives as competitive advantages
- Bridge technical and creative cultures for more innovative outcomes
- Develop leadership voices through speaking coaching and mentorship
Whether you’re looking to transform how your organization tells its story, need a speaker who understands both the technical and human sides of innovation, or want to explore how narrative thinking can solve complex problems, let’s connect.
