My journey started with a Commodore 64 and a curiosity about what technology could become. Today, as an engineering leader, certified graphic designer, and published writer, I’ve learned that the most powerful innovations happen at the intersections—where logic meets creativity, where strategy meets empathy, where systems reveal the human stories they’re meant to serve.

Today, I work at the intersection of technology, systems, and people—helping organizations deliver complex initiatives at scale while building environments where teams can do their best work.

With over 20 years in tech, my experience spans software engineering, delivery leadership, and enterprise program execution. I’ve led large, cross-functional initiatives, navigated ambiguity in evolving platforms, and partnered closely with engineering, product, and leadership to turn strategy into execution.

While technology is my foundation, my real strength is seeing the whole system—how platforms, processes, and people connect. I’m known for translating complexity, aligning stakeholders, and helping teams move forward when the path isn’t obvious.

I currently work as a Senior Delivery Manager in the AI Enablement space, leading initiatives that support enterprise-scale knowledge management and empower teams to deliver reliably in fast-moving environments. My work focuses on alignment, execution, and building the structures that allow innovation to scale.

Outside of my day-to-day work, I write and create content about leadership, technology strategy, and personal growth—grounded in real-world experience. I also speak at conferences, mentor across the tech community, and explore ideas through creative writing and reflection.

Based in Detroit, I understand what it means to rebuild, reinvent, and rise. I serve on the operations board of a local tech bootcamp and am active in the Detroit Black Tech Community—because transformation isn’t just personal, it’s communal.
